个人简历

    钱金贵,博士,副研究员。2017年获得韩国全南大学硕士学位,2021年获得香港城市大学博士学位。201710月至20186月在香港理工大学担任研究助理。202112月加入BOB真人APP。目前主要从事微机电系统(MEMS)领域相关研究,包括声流控,纳米发电机,传感器/谐振器,微能量采集和柔性器件等。担任APL, IEEE Sens. J., JMM, PHYS SCRIPTA等多个SCI期刊与IEEE Sensors Conference等国际会议的审稿人。已在Nano Energy, Microsystems & Nanoengineering, Analyst, Sensors and Actuators A,IEEE Sensors Journal等国际主流期刊以及MEMS, Transducers等微系统领域TOP会议上发表论文15余篇。已授权发明专利4项。

研究领域

(1)声流控器件(声镊)用于微粒/细胞操控;

(2)纳米发电机,自供电系统,微能量采集技术;

(3)MEMS谐振器与传感器,压电声学器件;

(4)柔性可穿戴器件和可植入式医疗器件。
